Musical Moments is an early childhood music class for children ages 0-5 and their families to explore music together.

In this class, young children and their caregivers will experience music through singing, moving, playing instruments, and literacy.

About The Teacher

Deanna Tausch is a music educator and performer from Waterman, Illinois. She graduated from Indian Creek High School in Shabbona and continued on to pursue a B.M. in Music Education, a B.M. in Music Performance, and a M.S.Ed in Literacy Education from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. She currently teaches early childhood and elementary music in Kaneland CUSD #302. Deanna is also a mom of two young boys.

Musical Moments is a 30-minute interactive family music class that features singing, listening, creative movement, storytelling, and instrument playing.

Musical Moments is returning for the summer 2025 season! We will be offering classes in July 2025 in Elburn, Il. Check back soon for more details!
